A. Water Usage Rates:

Minimum Bill $21.50 (includes 1,000 gal usage) + tax
Each additional 1,000 gal $6.10

B. Tap Fees: $800.00

C. Deposit Fees:

Owner: $50.00 (refundable upon sale of property when no outstanding bill is owed)
Renter or lessee: $200.00 (refundable upon leaving when no outstanding bill is owed)
